Welcome to MERAKI MARBLE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

MERAKI MARBLE is a premium design brand based in the Netherlands, specializing in custom-made furniture crafted from natural stone. Through our website, customers can explore collections, request custom designs, and complete purchases online.

Use of the Website

Unauthorized or unlawful use of the website or our products is strictly prohibited.

Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. Due to the natural properties of natural stone, slight variations in colour, veining, texture, and finish may occur. In addition, our products are (partly) handcrafted and finished by hand. As a result, minor differences may arise in finishing, detailing, dimensions, and the alignment of components. Complete uniformity or a fully seamless finish can therefore not be guaranteed. These characteristics are inherent to the artisanal production process and make each product unique. This does not constitute grounds for complaints, cancellations, returns, or claims due to alleged deviations. All stated dimensions are indicative and may vary slightly.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. MERAKI MARBLE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, material shortages, or suspected fraud.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept common payment methods through our secure checkout system.

For business customers (B2B), an invoice will be provided including company details.

Businesses outside the Netherlands cannot request a 0% VAT invoice. Invoices will be issued with applicable VAT in accordance with regulations.

Delivery & Installation

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 weeks after order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and may vary due to production, material availability, transport conditions, or external factors.

Netherlands
Delivery and installation included: €90

Belgium
Delivery and installation included: €195

Germany
Delivery and installation included: €195

Luxembourg
Delivery and installation included: €300

Other European countries
Delivery to the door from €300 depending on location. Installation is not included.

Important Delivery Conditions

For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg, delivery includes installation by our team.

For other countries:

• Delivery is carried out by one person
• Delivery is to the door only

The customer is responsible for:

• unloading the products
• arranging sufficient assistance
• ensuring proper access

Due to the weight of natural stone, multiple people are required.

MERAKI MARBLE is not responsible for damages, delays, or additional costs due to insufficient assistance.

Installation Conditions

Installation is included in NL, BE, DE, LU.

As all products are custom-made, installation varies per project.

Customers must maintain communication with MERAKI MARBLE before and after delivery regarding installation.

If the location is unsuitable, installation may be postponed or refused.

Cancellations & Returns

All sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom-made products.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours with clear photos.

After this period, claims will not be accepted.

B2B Partnerships & Resale

MERAKI MARBLE collaborates with business partners and resellers.

Liability

MERAKI MARBLE is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by improper use or installation by third parties.

After delivery, responsibility lies with the customer.

Force Majeure

MERAKI MARBLE is not liable for delays due to force majeure, including:

• transport issues
• material shortages
• production delays
• weather conditions
• strikes
• government measures

Delivery times may be extended.

Intellectual Property

All content is property of MERAKI MARBLE.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies.

Disputes will be handled in the Netherlands.
