How do I care for my MERAKI MARBLE piece?

Want to keep your natural stone tabletop looking radiant? Avoid aggressive or acidic cleaners – they can damage the surface. A soaking wet cloth isn't ideal either. Instead, opt for a gentle approach: a touch of green soap or a dedicated natural stone cleaner works wonders. Use a slightly damp cloth to clean, then dry the surface immediately with a soft towel. This prevents water stains and keeps your table looking stunning for years to come.

Are MERAKI MARBLE products made to order?

Yes, all our products are made to order. This allows us to ensure that each piece is crafted with care and precision. Every order is carefully reviewed and goes through three quality checks in our atelier — from start to finish — before it is prepared for delivery. Production and estimated delivery time ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the item and order quantity.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping within Europe. In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxemburg, we also provide professional assembly services. Each installation is carried out by a team of experienced specialists who ensure careful and precise placement.

Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I have a custom product made for my interior?

Yes, you can absolutely request a custom-made piece for your interior. We are delighted to create bespoke designs tailored to your preferences and space. Our skilled artisans have the expertise to craft unique, high-end pieces that reflect your vision. Once we've discussed your ideas and received all the necessary details, we can bring your concept to life with care and precision. Do you offer payment in installments?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. For all orders, we provide a 35% deposit option with the remaining 65% payable upon delivery. This allows you to secure your item while paying the rest when it arrives.

Can I move my natural stone dining table?

Our natural stone dining tables are delivered in two separate parts: the base and the tabletop. Each part is individually packaged to ensure safe and careful delivery.

Upon arrival, our personal delivery team will ask whether you'd like the tabletop to be attached to the base immediately or left separate — the choice is entirely yours.

Please note: due to its weight, the stone tabletop is usually very stable even without attachment. However, we strongly recommend lifting it with multiple people and handling it with care when moving.
