Refund policy
At MERAKI MARBLE, each item is handcrafted from natural stone and made specifically to order. Because of the fully custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
1. No Cancellations or Returns
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances. Each piece is made-to-order, exclusively for the customer, and cannot be resold or restocked.
Please make sure you review all product details, dimensions, finishes, and materials before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@merakimarble.com. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
3. Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers. Return shipments (if applicable) are only accepted in the case of approved damage claims and must be arranged by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
